Mercedes W220 S500 Resonators Removed (Video)

I had my resonators removed and replaced with straight pipes instead, gives the car a whole new exhaust tone...

Here's a little bit about the car:

2003 Mercedes-Benz W220 S500
18" AMG Rims w/Dunlop Dunlop SP Sport Maxx (F: 245/45/18 R: 275/40/18)

Denso IK16 Iridium Plugs
PowerChip ECU Tune
Exhaust Resonators Removed
Airmatic Lowering Module
S600 Titanium Colored Grill (or the flat-black grill)
Flat Hood Emblem (DFW's Limited Edition Flat Emblem)
Painted sidermarkers
35% Tint
Aluminum Pedals

Congratulations on the mods, I changed the resonators on my Car with some Carlsson/Supersprint X pipes and when coupled with the kleemann cats it sounds very brutal and honestly SLR-ish. I gained quiet alot of toque in the low-to mid range rpm levels and it pulls much harder now. From what I've heard the evosport u/d pullies are the most bang of the buck modification on all Merc's when coupled with aftermarket air intakes.

How much did you gain with the modifications and can you enlighten on the B11 Brabus components, can I get some components from the B55S which is ecu tune, cams, valve springs etc into my car ?

nice

i have a 03 s500 4matic with the custom magnaflow exhaust. I was looking to get rid of those resonator myself but wasnt sure how they would sound.

thank for posting this as i know now my exhaust will sound very mean.

All you need now is a new performance muffler and kleemann sport catalyst
