I have now stared at it for fifteen minutes, and I REALLY like this. Never thought I'd say that about a new BMW. They either take about two years of getting used to, or are so outrageously ugly ... *cough X6 *cough ... that you would rather stick a fork in your eye over seeing one again.

I thought BMW was lost forever until I saw this thing. I think they finally got themselves back together again - out with the Californian hippy designers, time for some solid good ol' Deutsches Design jah.

Isn't this the first post-Bangle car from BMW? No wonder we like it . . .

And my, that black piano wood is so sweet I want to lick it.

I'm loving it. It doesn't look like any past 5 series and is very distinctive without being brash. This could be the perfect midsize sedan.

no dice for me. looks ugly and NO flow in the design/shapes whatsoever.

Like it. Like it a hell of a lot more than the E60.

rear looks like a 3. front is a carry over of a 7.

step up for sure from the current version. however, no surprises. i won't buy a car that has no wow factor. just seems boring and ordinary. may be good for a lease car.
