You can probably get your hands on one of these for about $15-$20k w/ ±80k miles in Europe. That's before the discount you should be able to negotiate with the dealer because the car market in Europe is currently just as fux0red as anywhere else (minus 14.5% last month on average). So if you can live with the iffy styling, would anyone dare pulling the trigger on this baby or are the potential maintenance headaches too much of a dealbreaker?

I'm not asking this for myself btw, I have 0 interest in purchasing a car right now.

You're just shooting yoursef in the foot in terms of resale value - no-one wants the lesser engine when the 745 is the same price . . .

I've been checking them out for a while now too - you do not want the ones offered in the 15-20K range.

The cheap stuff all looks and smells like a pipe smoking Polish subcontractor permanently lived in there for a decade. Which I've tried to explain to my friend but so far he's still convinced he'll be able to cop a nice one for 10k.

Thanks for the feedback guys.
