V12 as daily driver

Maybe only I see the humorous juxtaposition of a Lamborghini at WalMart. Be like seeing a Rolls-Royce at McDonald's. And don't get me wrong, I like McDonald's.
Maybe buying smart helps him afford the Aventador? But I doubt it.

In response to the OP's question, I don't know why it matters. Regardless of the configuration of the engine, it's still just pistons, rods and a crankshaft moving in a film of oil, fired by a mixture of gasoline and oil. If you can afford the fuel, have at it.
Now if you're referring to the service intervals, that's simply another cost to bear. Those will vary widely based on a lot of factors, not due solely to the V12 configuration. Other than that I still can't see any reason not to drive ANY car as much as you would want to.
