Car battle virtual by QTC

I will Post some battle between 2 cars

Of course there is all the basic characteristics of both cars like Bhp, Torque, weight, CX.

But a virtual run too : standing start during 60 sec of full acceleration.

I take in my calculation :
Gearbox ratio
A simplified dyno sheet
Aerodynamics
FWD-RWD-AWD
Position of Engine
Transmission efficiency.

I'll shake all this data and post all interesting results

First match :
Ford Mustang BOSS 302 (2012) VS Porsche Carrera S (997)

Match Between Ford Mustang BOSS 302 (2012) VS Porsche Carrera S (997)

V8 of 5.0L against a Flat6 of 3.8L both naturally aspired

Mustang BOSS 302
Engine displacement: 5.0L = 305 ci
Horse power: 444 BHP
Weight: 1700 Kg = 3747 Lbs
SCx: 0.81

Porsche Carrera S
Engine displacement: 3.8L = 231 ci
Horse power: 385 BHP
Weight: 1425 Kg = 3141 Lbs
SCx: 0.58

+ 600 Lbs for the Ford but +60 BHP. It’s sound be closer but the Porsche have shorter gearbox and a better SCx.

During a standing start, the Carrera S start ahead (rear engine), and the power of the mustang isn’t enough fill to gap. At high speed the Prosche increase the gap thank this low SCx.
