I'm surprised this doesn't happen more often. Stealing a car is the easiest thing in the world. You just grab random wires hanging out from under the steering column, cut two wires apart and then make them touch again and the car starts.

Zactly! And to get in the car you just use a thin aluminum "flat spring" to unhook the lock from the window or you kill the owner for the keys.

cause it`s really small and cany be hidden pretty much anywhere...

and even if they located an outbound GPS signal but can`t find the device it won`t get them anywhere..

Sometimes the people who own these cars are in on the action as well. They get a cut of the sale or cash upfront for allowing the thieves to " steal " their car.
Its big business around the world.
