RS 4.0, although my vote is biased 
The MP4-12C is a close second for me. Something totally new, with far higher spec in materials used than most cars in the same price range. Not to mention a pretty damn good first effort in a mass production car from McLaren (the dealer networks, the constant feedback to potential buyers and enthusiasts). No other car maker has gone through the same amount of effort to make the public feel involved IMO.
