Roadtrip for a reason - Please Support

Hi All

I am an Automotive Photographer based in South Africa

I am doing an epic Photographic Roadtrip next year for benefit of a charity I support -
Http://www.bobbibear.org.za,

The trip will be 45 days long, 8500 Miles and will comprise of High Profile car collections being shot, Ken Lingenfelter's collection (officially booked)and other private collations that consist of cars like the Lamborghini Reventon, Bugatti Veyron Pur sang edition, Enzo Ferrari, Maserati MC12, Ferrari P4/P5 Competizione, twin turbo Gallardo, Mansory Porsche Panamera, and other great cars as well as lifestyle shoots to make up a coffee table book that will be sold for the charity.

The trip will travel through the following locations

New York - Nothing planned as yet
Atlanta - Nothing planned as yet
Orlando - Big Collection
Miami - Nothing planned as yet
Pensacola - Nothing planned as yet
Dallas - Private collection
Roswell - Nothing planned as yet
Phoenix - Nothing planned as yet
Las Vegas - Nothing planned as yet
Long Beach - Nothing planned as yet
Los Angeles - Private collection and lots of great events
San Francisco - Private collection
Salt Lake City - Rat Rods on the salt flats
Denver - Nothing planned as yet
Kansas city - Nothing planned as yet
Indianapolis - Hoping to shoot in the raceway Pits
Chicago - Circuit racing the buses & Exotics Parade
Detroit - Ken Lingerfelters Collection
Back to New York

The travel will be done in 2 or 3 Customized old 64 seater school buses and these will be converted into Motor homes ( hopefully by West Coast Customs ) , with a specific role for each , Living Working area bus, Equipment & bathroom facilities bus, Sleeping & Kitchen bus, 2 Buses will have branding and One Bus will be covered with Twitter followers names to drive our Social media campaign. The buses will then be sold for Charity hopefully through Barret Jackson auctions

Events will be had throughout the stop over destinations such as circuit, drag & Rally racing the school buses & handing out toys to charities while the collectable cars are on show for the public , entrance fees will go to Operation Bobbi Bear. Luxury 4 Play are involved in the project States side and as such are Primary Sponsors / media partners , they have a strong fan base and are a forum that is all things luxury, they have one of the most visited posts in the world with a single thread having over 5 million hits , they have organized all the content to shoot and will be integral for the project I would like to give the opportunity to anyone who wants to help, sponsor or contribute to the project to call me or email me regarding the trip

Regards Dylan Laubscher

Haha I was just giving you a hard time, but I had the exact same idea and a lot of the same stops planned for this spring. Taking photos and writing a book as well. Not for charity, and not with a support crew though. Either way, it sounds like a f*cking blast.

When are you leaving?

Have fun and be safe, fellow photog/traveler. Enjoy the US.

Damn ... I was really starting to worry , did not want to create tension ( phew ) thanks for clearing that up

The trip is in its final stages of sponsorship etc , the production company for the documentary is just letting me know their plans , but me and the team will be leaving May next year , I think it will def be a Blast ,

would be good to meet up along the way , maybe you can catch a ride on one of the buses for a leg of the trip ?
