Quiz with BIG prize!

I recently bumped into the rear of a white citroen DS3 (I was doing it a favor, but that is beside the point) while driving my Bimmer.
There was a scratch clearly visible on her rear bumper, but no damage as such. I had to bend my licence plate back in shape.
After visiting her local dealer he advised her that the rear bumper needed to be replaced. Fair enough I get it... sometimes there is damage behind, I am not bitter. However the estimated bill attached was a corker.

So here is the quiz:
How many hours of work are needed to replace a citroen bumper with a new one?
How many hours are needed to paint a new citroen bumper white?
How much is the total cost of said work estimated at?

Whoever gets the closest to the answer earns my everlasting respect, which is of questionable value.

Sinan... you work for citroen.. but a tiny bit too skeptical.

11 hours to change a bumper.
7 hours to paint it.
5250 USD in total

Is it me or does that seem a little suspicious?

Ouch. So replacing a bumper is roughly 30-40% of the car's original purchase price? With depreciation ..... what, 50%?

On the other hand, no-one ever said a Dane could brake in time
