NEW TRUCK! 4Runner Trail Edition w/ Upgrades
I figured it didn't quite fit in the "Japanese Speed" forum, but here is my second venture into Japanese autos. Sold my first car, a Lexus IS250, and just picked up this 2010 4Runner with only 5k miles from member Tblackj.
It is definitely a huge switch going from a small and sporty car to a bigger SUV, but I'm loving the 4Runner. I loved the Lexus, but I am so glad to have a bigger car to take back to school next year and for hauling people up to the lake. It's so easy on the highway (even with the mud tires) and can fit a ton of stuff in the back. It isn't too bad off road either. Now all I need to find is some mud!
Thomas ordered the car from the factory with a Nav system and all the goodies. Apparently this is only possible in certain markets, Arkansas being one of them, so I definitely lucked out in getting a trail edition without having to sacrifice interior quality. And the car is Black/Black, so it keeps up the current family obsession with black cars.
Aftermarket: The car has a Gobi roof rack, a Warn Winch with custom front mounted system, American Racing Teflon rims (amazingly easy to clean), and Budbuilt full skid plates with 1" lift.
Enough talking. Here are some pictures.

Thanks guys. I'm definitely loving the truck, and it's perfect for throwing wakeboards/people in the back to head to the lake and will be great for drives down back highways and dirt roads to our duck lodge in the winter.
I'm sure we will see some more funny ads in the future from Thomas, but he lives down the street and knew I was looking for an SUV, so it was a quick deal. He spec'd the car out perfectly and it has very tasteful mods, so I couldn't be happier!
