Need some advice on buying a car 50 000$ budget
Need some advice on buying a car, I have 50 000$ for my weekend car project.
I do not race, just enjoy cruising around on sunny days.
I have a 1989 classic 911 for sale and want to replace it one of the following cars
These are my 3 final cars any advice
Shelby Mustang 2010-2011
M3 2008-2009
S4 2007-2008
RS4 2007-2008
I do not race, just enjoy cruising around on sunny days.

The Shelby or M3. The Audis are bit too "hair gel" for my tastes, but that may be a local phenomenon.
Also: any car with 100% of its engine ahead of the front axle just seems stupid to me. (honesty is the best policy?)

one more for consideration
You may want to consider a fully restored Sunbeam Tiger..I know where one is being completed..turn key classic-MKI Ford 260
I have owned 3 Tigers and they are great fun and have a great history. Definitely a head turner for weekends. The restorer is just finalizing my '67 Tiger and will be putting finishing touches to his own car for sale.

I would take the $50k and do that 911 up real nice. It's the nicest car of the bunch IMHO!
That said, RS4 for the win.
M3 is nice, and I like them on paper, but I've heard too many bad things about BMW's lately from personal friends who have owned them.
S4 is too sedate for the money.
And the Shelby is...well, a Mustang (no offense to anyone..my roots are in the F-Body camp).
IMHO in this price range an American car shouldn't be considered, unless you're talking about a used Corvette with $20-30k of engine mods.
Thanks for letting us spend your money! That is always most fun.

Of all those choices, go with the GT500, car is SWEET, very mod friendly and will hold it's value well
