I attended press days for the 2011 Detroit Auto Show with the team from BMWBLOG. Some of the highlights for me were - getting to speak directly with Dr. Kay Segler, head of M division GmbH and attend the 1M workshop, world premier of the all new 650i convertible with U.S. Olympic swimmer Natalie Coughlin, unveiling of the Porsche 918 RSR Coupe, and dinner at Andiamo Riverfront after the show. I'm originally from Detroit and this was a memorable experience.
