That was the first name that popped into my head. Odd that the badges would be pried off with California manufacturer plates on it...I wonder if some other company isn't importing it? They don't sell those here.

I just checked out the Phoenix website and they're claiming a 100-mile range on just 10 minutes charge. That's pretty damn impressive.
