another great evening at PBIR!!!!!!
we ran a PBDC Chase race last night under the lights at PBIR - open field - everyone qualifies their own car, then the fastest cars start last with timed handicap. Fellow Spec Miata racer Hanna showed in the 21X Miata (all 100 hp of it) along with Chris Boy of Moto Corse in his turbo, Ronnie Vogel in the Club Radical, Noah Weisberg in his M3, Mike Brennan in his C2S, Justin Bellizoni Champion Motorsports in his custom C2S track monster, Joe Lubeck owner of PBIR in his 360 Stradale, Cody from Klubsport in the 914-6, and me in my GT3....
Hanna held the field off for a long time in her Spec Pinata, the girl can drive! most of us were DQed for beating our own qualifying times and Joe Lubeck won by playing by the rules. As for me I got a healthy dose of red mist and DNF - that's a whole other story....
Adam Berlin made a careful track debut in a Tesla but wisely declined to mix it up with us by racing....
Shane Lewis, just back after taking first in class at the 24 Hours of Nurburgring, and last weekend running in ALMS at Laguna Seca, enforced the rules after doing a couple of hot laps in the ZMG RSR
Had a great night - thanks for all the support!!!!!!
