Why three wheels? Is it for people with no balance?

The nice thing about having the three wheels is that you can ride it on the street with a regular driver's license. No need to get a motorcycle license.

When on it and moving it acts just like a 2-wheeler... at very low speeds and when you stop you need not balance much. Oh and parking is easy just turn it off and walk away
