Ok attorneys -- Here is a car/dealership/lemon question for you

That would be me
But I'm in Cali (much more lemon law friendly) and it was a CPO (bought it used). I had numerous issues, but the main one was a faulty oil temp sensor that I had to bring in 5 times and they basically told me they couldnt fix it. I had the car for about 2 years and 40k miles, and had problems from day one!! Finally hired an attorney, and he just sent them a letter, they looked into the history, and bought the car back no problem, no inspection, etc.... Gave me all my money back. It was pretty obvious the car was a lemon. I would stay away from Cadillac and the CTS (previous generation at least). Good Luck Gobbles!!

Your telling me!! I even switched dealers figuring the techs at the first dealer were idiots. In the end it wasnt too bad of a deal though... I had the car for 2 years, and it didnt cost me a dime - sold off all the mods for a little less than I paid for them, and now in a Sweet Bmw 335i with close to 400 HP

Sorry to hear about this my friend. The prev. gen CTS-V's are junk. my next door neighbor had one and in 2 years went thru 3 rear diffs, and two gearboxes. that car was bone stock. they finally got sick of all the problems and traded it in and bought my A4 USP from me (funny timing, was just getting ready to turn it in and get my TT).
Even if you can't get them to buy it back, I'd get rid of it pronto, and try to pick up something else.
Good luck, hope it all works you in your favor.
