Need to buy a SUV - Denali XL vs. Sequoia.
#11
We went through this same dilema when we replaced our '04 Rover HSE (junk), and bought the Denali XL as my wife's daily driver. She is 5'4" and we have three very active boys with a lot of chit. We absolutely love the Denali XL and highly recommend it.
BTW, I also think the Sequoia is a chick car that looks like a baby hippo.
My wife likes driving a real truck!

Thanks guys. I am leaning towards the Sequoia but my wife wants something with a bit more bling. So She prefers the Denali. She didn't like the GL or the suburban. The Escalade was a bit too blingy for me and towing with 22" is kinda dumb.

I've had a couple of Denali's and you can't go wrong with them. I just got tired of the size and all the issues I had with the last few GM vehicles I owned. They were in the shop all the time with some sort of glitch. I will still say that if I had to pick one vehicle as the ultimate over the road cruiser, it is a Suburban or Denali. They are very comfortable.

[QUOTE=Craigger;59178]nice looking truck ( I can;t believe I just said that. ugh.)
any plans for a lift/drop/rims/cool flashy flames?[/QUOTE
- 10 years ago I laughed at all the clowns buying soccer mom SUV's. I bought it for my wife/kid/dog use but also because I want to tow my cars for track days. So it actually gets used as a SUV. It isn't just for show.
Any plans - can't think of any. It comes pretty loaded - XM/Nav/DVD. Since I am towing with it - lifting/dropping it will affecting the towing capabilites and the height of the ball mount.

if you were not towing with it, I would have laughed at you for not going with an S4 avant or something of the same nature.
people who drive SUV's for "the view" or "added safety" completely boggle my mind.
JMO though.
