It feels pretty solid and well built aside from the trans. Does your buddy have a manual trans in his? Mine likes to drop first gear like a bad habit.

A few new shots from this evening:
All shots were taken with my Tamron 28-75 f/2.8 and I'll probably be going back to this spot again with some other lenses to try a few different angles.

I've seen 'em painted body color and it looks like crap, tbh. I'm actually rather fond of the aluminum accents.
