It puts it on every single photo I have and cant get it off. The program is Aperature, any suggestions?

Why do you have to run the pictures through "Aperature"?

Its the program I use to keep my portfolio legitimately organized, and it has recently been adding the watermark each time i export.

Try Picasa for organizing them. It's pretty simple and it doesn't add any watermarks.
