These cars are dirty south style though, you could see some in areas of Dallas or San Antonio, but they're mostly from Houston (Chop and Screw culture).
They do look horrible, but I've never actually seen those wheels with the pulled out spokes in person. Not how I'd generalize "Texas Cars"

Well, find out wherever DJ Screw produced music in Houston and that's the neighborhood you'll see them in. Those cars are definitely what you'd see Swishahouse followers driving.

^They're not cruising around my neighborhood, but yes these goofy looking things are around. Not to say that there are not other f@ktard car cultures around the country. Just a taste:

anyways tractorcrusher is right, there are some magnificent cars in Texas, especially Dallas area. You can find most of the crappy ones in Houston or Killeen
