Thing is with bikes, they're silly fast out of the hole ... but they do not have enough hp for top end shenanigans and not enough contact patch to really hang around in the twisties. Plus it takes far more courage and talent to ride a bike fast than driving a car at the limit ...

I wonder how it would've compared to something like the Ducati Desmosedici? Now that would've been a cool race to watch!
