I think that the The New York Times' Ethicist is completely right. Hummers are big, unsafe and use way too much petrol. GM should definetely sell Hummer, so the Chinese can use their skills and ingenuity to make future Hummers safer and more enviromentally friendly, because that's their specialty: Safe and clean vehicles!
