What cars do you want, realistically? What is next?

Well, since I currently drive a beat up Ford Ranger, anything would be a big step up for me.
Right now, my plan for the end of the summer will be to pick up either a Miata or (hopefully) an E46 M3. Hopefully a 996 or early 997 C2S would come another 5 years after that, and I won't worry too much about anything beyond that. The cars I listed above will be DDs assuming I'm not married and haven't started a family before the age of 30. If I somehow end up with a wife and kids in the next 7 years, swap out the Porsche for an M5 or CTS-V.

When I'm home in hawaii I drive a '01 Ford Explorer thats pretty beat up as well.. Just waiting to get back to STL to get back to the G.
me tooIts very likely that I'll be in my G37S until a few years after I finish med school and residency. My parents have already told me they arent buying/helping me buy another car so I'll just have to wait until I have a disposable income of my own. If I had that income right now, I'd probably buy a '08 997TT.. but I won't have the opportunity to get in a new ride (at least not an upgrade from my current one) for another 6 or 7 years probably.

I drove an explorer all through highschool and I have nothing against it, but I would hate to have to trade in my G for something boring.

Within a couple years I plan on getting a Superformance Cobra with a race spec bored and stroked small block (around 400 ci) or an aluminum big block. Sapphire blue with white stripes and original size halibrand knock offs.

So far I'm so happy with the speed of the bike I have just not thought about cars at all. Well, I have ... but then I go "eh, that's not so omgijustshitmypants fast after all".
Might end up with some marshmallow old people comfy sedan as a winter beater ...
