First, I would disagree with you that AWD is the best, but it really depends on the parameters of the question. Just asking which is better is too vague. What sort of road conditions are we talking about here? How is the car being driven?

In slippery conditions, AWD is typically best. In nearly any other condition out there, I'd say it's a toss up. FWD can be lighter since you no longer have a drive shaft but you end up with more weight concentrated in the front. RWD can offer better weight distribution and more exciting handling characteristics if pushed. It's really just a matter of driver preference, but I would pick RWD in any situation without thinking twice. I prefer the way RWD cars can handle and I prefer to have the front wheels reserved solely for steering with no power being delivered to them. AWD has its merits but still doesn't do it for me.

Wow
Now this just because a serious thread
I think a fwd is the safest bet for an all weather region, a rwd can get tricky in wet conditions but for sure more fun…

AWD would probably work best for you in Nigeria. By the way are you a prince who has a great investment for us?

Doubtless.

En serio, FWD ain't all bad - it presents a unique challenge all its own. Any time I drive a modded FWD car, that playful torque steer tug makes it a more enjoyable experience, imo.
