Ha, that guy used to live a couple of blocks down from me. I stopped to ask him once wtf it was but i can't remember.

I saw him with the hood up trying to get it going at least 3 times, it's a POS.

You guys are all pretty close. It's called the Manta Montage. It's a kit car built on a VW chassis.









And yes, as LABrit said, it's a POS for sure.
