GM: China outsold US in January
A mere 668,000 new cars were sold in January, the lowest number since 1963. This is reflected in the sales figures of the major players in the US carmarket:
GM (-49%), Chrysler (-55%), Ford (-40,2%), Toyota (-34,4%) and Honda (-27,9%). By contrast 790,000 new cars made their way onto Chinese streets in the past month.

Edit: these are estimates courtesy of GM, the official Chinese sales figures haven't been released yet.
