How much should I offer a mechanic...

...to replace brake pads and sensors in my Cayman?

He's a buddy of mine, and his response is always "Don't worry about it." He's too nice, he should make some dosh for his work. I hear it's a 1 - 1 1/2 hr job, so I'm thinking a hundred bucks?
