Couldn't figure out where to post this.

I have a client who has one of the only Yellow C8 Spyders that were made, has around 300 miles on it and was recently at the Festival of Speed in FL.

2006 Spyker C8 Spyder.

I've attached a few photos in this posting.

$139,000 OBO and she can go to a new home. I'll ship it anywhere where it's admissable (working on Canada but not getting my hopes up too high).

Note, these pictures were taken when the vehicle was over at Exotic Motorcars and the vehicle is still in Florida with it's current owner.

What is going on with the secondary exotic car market. That was a $300K car when it was new!

 

While the Laviolette did not feel like a 300k car, 140k for a spyder is one hell of a bargain!

 

I'm sure Spyker is going to hate me for saying this. In 06, the MSRP on a C8 Spyder with Wheels, aluminum trim, etc was about $296,000. In 2007, only a handful of Spykers made it to the states, in 08, there was about a $50,000 price drop on the Spykers so a $296k car was all of a sudden a $246k car, with more options! You can get a Laviolette (Coupe) for another $20k less.

Formula 1 really hurt Spyker financially and didn't really do much for their image either if you ask me.

Going back to the market, just like everytime the economy slows down, prices drop, more supply, less demand, uncertainty, etc. Good time to buy if you ask me

Cool car, but I'd much rather have the coupe.
