h20skier, you have great taste in cars. That Turbo S is a beauty. By any chance, is it the same car that was tuned by Stuart Schikora around 2001 and featured in Excellence magazine?

I don't think it's the same car. It's been tuned but I'm the third owner ( 1 guy had it for a month and didn't drive it)

^Cool. I have the magazine at home. I'll scan the article when I get a chance. Reason I asked is because it looks exactly like yours.

Love to see that article. That car is a rocket. Fastest one I own. Tuned by someone I don't know with straight pipes. The only car in my garage I actually hesitate a little putting miles on. Wish I could hang it on the wall. Best I can do is hang it in the garage...

Leave it like it is, raw. Looks awesome. Or just stain it, leaving the blemishes.

I also have a backyard buddy. Check out their website. Their design does seem to be quite rigorous. Most lifts are approved based upon the fact that they will be bolted to the ground, but then the manufacturer wink, nod, tells you it doesn't have to be bolted down.

If the plates have bolting holes, then it is "technically" supposed to be bolted. BB has no such need.

Had a two car garage but ordered a new C4S. Found the Bend-Pak lift and really like it. 9000lb capacity and it fits my garage perfectly. Paid about $2,600 delivered and about $400 for installation.
