He uses an Autodesk architecture program. Thanks for the kind words everyone. The first rendering shown will be an actual garage makeover and I'm looking forward to a render versus reality shot.

love it! especially how the lighting is done
the most disappointing factor in a render is when the lighting is so unrealistic yet makes the place so much better that, in reality, it does not compare

well done!

without the proper lighting, no 3d render looks good in my opinion. a well lit render is what makes a scene look realistic.

these are great.
