I'm sitting here at 2:30 am yet again... car fever.

It started when I took out the trash (back of the house, outside the garage...)

Every time I go in my garage I have trouble sleeping that night because I'm so excited about it. The experience... AND to top it off I watched the Ayrton Senna documentary tonight. BRILLIANT and I'll admit I cried hah...

I don't have a nice garage compared to many teamspeeders' breathtaking garages. But I know you guys don't care about that. I got the floor done, cabinets, organization of the wall for tools and more. But until recently it only had one dim bulb to light the whole thing. Now I have plenty of fluorescent fixtures lighting it up.

I sit here looking at my 514whp Ztt and C63 and CBR600RR and while they may not be amazing here on teamspeed, I feel so happy!!! I'm so happy I have the joy of looking at, smelling, driving, hearing these cars whenever I want.

I don't even really expect a reply to this. I'm just really happy and appreciative, smiling as i sit here in my humble garage... which I'd like some suggestions for finishing touches on. I'm thinking some art Anyway pics will come with that thread.

^ agreed. I have similar times where I just enjoy some garage times.

 

When I cannot sleep I organize my toolboxes, or putter with the hot rod. Makes me very very happy.

 

Pretty interesting how zen it is to fiddle on cars or bikes on your own.

I love it. After a shitty day, I take out the toolbox and do minor maintenance on the bike. No music, no beers, no nothing. Just some time fiddling with something.
