Yeah, Why the chandelier?
Your garage is nicer than mine. Mine is chock full of stuff and my car is no where near as nice, but the light fixture is different.

The chandelier...why not... it does add some serious light (there are two, with another over the other bay). They were the finishing touch.
I looked at the usual treatments for the floor and decided to buck most trends by doing Porcelain tiles. They have been great and require little maintenance, spray them down with the hose water and use a large factory size squeegee and presto your done and very nearly dry.

Tiles are a nice touch. Did you have to do any special coating or additive to the grout to keep it from breaking down due to road grime/salt?
Here in KY I would imagine the grout would break down pretty fast after a full winter.
Do your tires leave any marks behind on the tile?
I llke the look and as someone who installs tile floors you have me interested in your experience.
