Parkplace - unlike many of the great garages shown here is open and available to you
After several years of planning, design and construction we are open with garages available. An opportunity to own and customize your own secure & state of the art mancave. Not a converted warehouse, a self storage or robotic facility - Parkplace was built to store cars. We have many floor plans ranging from 600 sq ft to 5000 sq ft.
We are not a car club with lots of fees however many services are available ala carte including seasonal storage & auto detailing and maintenance programs or you can just do your own thing.
Our strategic partners include factory service for Ferrari, Lamborghini, Porsche, Aston Martin, Rolls Royce, Bentley, Mercedes Benz & Lotus. We can arrange race prep & tuning, test and tune at PBIR or professional driving instruction.
We are delighted to be part of Teamspeed and look forward to interacting with your community!
