Yeah, he bought three lots on the beach in Naples, and designed the garage first, and then the house around that. The attention to detail really is amazing. Tiles from the Ferrari Factory. Garage doors that go straight up rather than curve in. Etc.

And the best part is the guy is a complete enthusiast. Drives the crap out of his cars, works on them himself. Hell, at his house in Little Rock, he even has a paint booth. Down to earth, humble, and a true car lover. He's the real deal.
