That's much cheaper than my lift but I'm not sure that's a good thing. It's not clear from the short description how that lift is built. I'd suggest you do some research before buying a lift and understand the differences between them. Some have solid posts, one piece ramps, etc. Depending on the use, that may be important to you. Personally, I'll spend some extra bucks on one of the top lifts before I'll watch one of my cars crush another

Good luck.
Roy

ps. I have a Backyard Buddy | Automotive lifts, auto lifts, car lifts, classic car lifts, four post lifts, super auto lifts and more. There is one lift that is better that mine, it has one piece ramps. Sorry, don't remember the name...

Thanks for the info. There will be no cars under it, it is just so we can use our garage again after the queen is lifted!

2nd hand lifts are a good deal especially nowadays with car dealerships going out of business. Many large professional lifts that are well maintained are being sold cheaply. Even large shops and dealerships buy 2nd hand lifts.

However these lifts move fast. If anyone is looking for 2nd hand lifts, you can call up local installers that may find you one. The other week me and my dad took down 4 lifts for a ford dealership that went out of business and found buyers in a only a couple days.
