Reviving this thread as Diablo III is less than a month away now.
I played the Beta for a while last night and I thought it was awesome. I never played 1 and 2 so I have nothing to compare it to, but I got a free copy of this one and an invite to the Beta, so I figured I'd give it a try.

Witch Dr. looks awesome, so does Monk. I started with a Wizard last night, but I might try out all the classes before Beta closes on May 1.
