Not sure what a torrent decoder is but to download torrents, I use Transmission.

yea I just got Transmission....seems to be working....if not I'll check out Azureus...I guess I needed a torrent downloader...well thanks for understanding my torrent stupidity

what exactly is Azureus? I downloaded it and it just seems like a program with trailers and vidoes??

Go to a website that has torrents to download (mininova.org for example), grab the torrent file, and then open it up in azureus to download the entire file.
