Wordpress help - thumbnail stretching...

Hi all,

I run the blog below and am having issues with the thumbnail images in the posts appearing stretched in Google Chrome, and massively so on the iPhone.

BOTB News

Are there any Wordpress experts out there who know why this is happening and more importantly, how to fix it?

I am now starting to blog using, i was convinced to start it because of ways on how to make money with wordpress using blogging. Just want to share a bit of information.

are you using some sort of gallery plug-in or is it a part of your theme? Did you upgrade your WP recently (was it OK before?)

Some more detail would be great :-)
