Haha not going to lie, its extremely hard to drive with the wheel and pedals. My times are way lower then times I put up with a controller.

It just takes time to get use to it and then we all will be trying to keep up. Just need to have the wheel and pedals mounted some where, where they don't move

 

Just completed the Forza World Tourer Achievement which is:
Finish a race on every race track in Forza Motorsport 4.

Now I only have 2 left to complete the game!!!!

The last ones are def. going to take a while though. The ones I have left are;

Factory Driver--Car Affinity Level 50----only at 30 something with BMW
Bucket List--Finish 1st in every single race in the Event List in Career play mode

 

^^ surprisingly the pedals don't move. They are pretty heavy, they move slightly when I heel/toe. The wheel attaches to any table and locks strongly so it doesn't move. The steering is extremely tough to get use to. The wheel has so many different settings I need to get it set to how I like. It'll take some getting use to that's for sure.

 

That achievement seems overly difficult to me. I use Ferrari's in every race I can (I have 9 Ferrari's) but I'm only level 19. It takes forever to level up Affinity.

I must say, I do miss the endurance races from Forza 3. Call me crazy, but there was something awesome about 1 1/2 hour long races.

 

^^ I also miss the endurance races. I'd rather an endurance race then 12 different races.

 

My gf surprised me with the CSR wheel and CSR Elite pedals!

I am a lot slower and, to be honest, it is quite frustrating as there are so many different settings and I have no clue whats what. I couldn't even keep it pointed on straightaways...I keep having uncontrollable tank slappers. I don't get it.

There are threads out there discussing setups, so I tried a few and now have one where I can somewhat control the cars but I am inconsistent and still way slower.

 

I'm having the same troubles! So frusterating at first. This website helped me some.
