Random Ques about 360 Hard Drive

Has anyone/does anyone fill up their entire hard drive (250 GB).

Was offered an interesting deal on official microsoft 250GB hard drives.... no idea if there is a demand for this product.

I see there are a lot of knock offs made on eBay... do most people buy 3rd party on products like this?

thanks

jon

When I'm shooting events over the summer, I can fill up a 250 GB hard drive in a month or two. Especially now that I'm moving into video.

I don't have any experience with the drives you're talking about, in fact I had no idea Microsoft even made (or maybe branded) their own hard drives. I typically buy Western Digital, Seagate, and Buffalo drives.

Are these USB-powered drives or do they need an external power supply?

Pretty sure he's referring to Xbox 360 HDs. Are they the external HDs for the older gen Xbox?

Jon. Not a gamer, but all four of my kids have XBOXs and play all the time, and none have ever mentioned filling up their hard drive.

Not even close after several years of casual gaming, maybe 10 to 15 percent.

If you can fill up a 250 gb hard drive on a gaming console, there is something seriously wrong with you

You can download music videos, music, and videos on Live, so its not just game save data that fills it up. Actually game data is small.
