WTH? Google predictive text wont shut off

I'm sure it's embarassing to have those key phrases come up in your search filter while you're at work, but Google is just going off of your most frequent search phrases.

IE, and now it's prompting me on EVERY gawddamn website.....
it's saying " an Add-on for this website has failed to run'.
How do I stop it from saying that? I also noticed the Bell&Ross banner on the side will now, NOT load.

Does it keep pulling up your "midget porn" searches every time you type in the letter "M" or "penis enlargement" when you type the letter "P"?
