Ordered my new Fanatec GT3 RS v2 Wheel

Fanatec Porsche 911 GT3 RS V2 Wheel - Clubsport Edition (w/RennSport Wheel Stand)

This is how it will look: (This is featured w/ the Rennsport stand)

Licensed by Porsche Lizenz- und Handelsgesellschaft 100%, Its hand stitched with authentic Italian Alcantara Leather is 100% of a real Porsche 911 GT3 RS steering wheel, includes stainless steel Clubsport paddle shifters, and has an authentic Porsche logo on the wheel. Though designed specifically for the soon to be released Gran Turismo 5, it is compatible with all PC and Playstation 3 games supporting Force Feedback wheels. The Clubsport Edition also includes the aluminum Clubsport racing pedals with pressure sensitive brake sensor, indestructible magnetic precision sensors and ABS vibration.

I have always wanted this Fanatec wheel for GranTurismo5: Prologue and now soon to be GranTurismo 5. It's going to be amazing.. the quality and precision on these wheels are just outstanding. I am so excited and pumped. Order is now going through "Processing" stage. Woo!

Post

This is exciting, their main North American building, Beverly Hills, is completely empty of these wheels, so.. I get mine from Landshut, Germany.

According to some posters on Fanatec's forums, if you get a delivery from Bavaria, you get your production # engraved on the orange shell and you get a special certificate of authenticity from Porsche themselves. Hmm? I have never been so excited about gameware until now..

Some teasers to show the quality:

Please comment on the sturdiness of the Renn stand when you get it, I'm considering it myself.

I feel a bit childish at 32 wishing I had this toy.
