The Axis stuff is decent. The other thing you can do is buy/use whatever camera you want (even your handheld) but hang a Video to IP server/encoder off of it.

This is for checking on baby scud from our Droid's when we are out and the baby sitter (who just sits and watches our TV because baby scud is out by 7:30) is here.
