stay away. at least mine is... battery and connection issues too

My Bold 9000 was stellar. I quite miss it at times due to the larger size, vastly superior build quality and more comfortable keyboard. Never had any of the problems that you listed. (Granted I only used it for 8 or so months)

I'm on my second Bold. First one had terrible connection problems as in full service yet calls werent coming through. So i got a pos nokia that worked every time.

Believe it or not i missed the bb so i got another Bold. This one is worse than the first. Damn my brand loyalty!

i work for telus, they dont have the swap program anymore. I see this issue everyday and basically long story short your screwed. I would recommend a curve 2 8530 or the new bold 9700
