Best Driving Simulator
I am finishing up my computer build and really want a good racing simulator to run on it.
My system will be capable of running any game currently available (not kidding, if it doesn't, no system on earth will). I want a simulator, not a game. As for the discipline of racing, I don't really care. Just something to keep me entertained would be nice. I also run 3 monitors so multi monitor support would be appreciated. Lastly, I am getting a Logitech G27 steering wheel so support for it would be nice too.

I'll bet the house on it.

That's not a very smart bet, and I know Dana would agree
Specs of my Build:
Two Xeon X5650 CPU overclocked to 4.2 GHz
EVGA SR-2 Motherboard
2 ATI 4870 X2's
8 Seagate 7200.11 1.5TB Drives in RAID 6
4 MAX3147RC 147GB 15,000 RPM SAS Drives in RAID 0
4 OCZ Vertex SSD's in RAID 0
24GB Corsair Dominator RAM 1600MHz CL7
Adaptec 51646 RAID Controller
Every component is watercooled. There are three separate cooling loops. The CPU's, video cards, and motherboard each have their own cooling loops with each loop having a 360mm radiator and 6 fans.

This made me LOL again, you gotta put pics of this up! 12 HDDs and 4 SSDs. 24GB RAM.
INSANITY!

I am either going to run Windows Server 2008 R2 or Windows 7 Ultimate. I have not decided yet. Obviously I would use 64-bit versions since 32-bit OS's can only handle 3.75 GB of RAM.
Also, the storage array, the RAID 6 one, only has 9TB instead of 12 because it is in RAID 6. However, by giving up some space I can redundancy. I can have two drives fail and not lose any data at all. So, I can only store 9TB of porn instead of 12TB of porn; sad I know.
The processor I am using are server grade versions of the most powerful desktop processors available. I am using TWO of them. The gives me 12 physical cores and 24 logical threads!!!!
As soon as the motherboard is released I will provide pics.

Just a i7 920 clocked to a little over 3ghz with 6gig ram and Nvida 275GTX.
But it does what I need, running Xplane as a SIM with all the Saitek controls and TrackIR headgear on a 100" projector.
Xplane is awesome, FAA approved stuff, really makes Flight Sim feel like a game.
