I hesitated getting GT5 at the store today. Glad I bought the new Katy Perry album instead.

 

I just got my collector's edition. If it sucks that bad, I'll trade it in for Red Dead Redemption and Undead Nightmare. I can't imagine... Looks like I'll have to wait for TDU2 since the NFS titles are TOO arcadey for me.

 

I just saw a preview for Need For Speed: Shift 2 Unleashed and it looked pretty damn good.

I am hoping the reviews get better I am still holding faith, though by a thread. I hate the floaty feeling in various racing titles and that's why I am doubtful because that's what people are saying it feels like.

So here's a question for those that have it and specifically those who got a pre-order:

I have the codes from Polyphony that came with the collector's edition and I have a code from Gamestop for the Stealth F1 and NASCAR. Will I be able to enter both codes (i.e. get the 5 "chrome" cars and the stealth cars)? Or do I need to pick one of the two? Seems like I should be able to do both, but I got boned when I entered the wrong code in MoH and missed out on Tier 1 and the M60.

I pre-ordered it but didn't get the collectors edition. Both codes seem unrelated to each other though, one coming with the collectors edition from Polyphony, and one coming with the pre-order from Gamestop so I think they should both work.
