I'm amazed that it took them 10 years to make this game, yet they still effid it up, and why the hell are they still using the sound track from GT2 is beyond me.
I'm already bored with the game, going out for a ride, will give it another shot later on tonight, I might have a lot of Forza residue in my head.

(some) people have been playing for less than 3 hours. How can you judge a game that will probably take 50x longer than that to even make a dent in all the features?

Who listens to that? I find it annoying... engine noises > soundtracks.
I know but my friends that all got it say the driving mechanics suck and are cartoony. Now I'm not sure what this means as I have yet to play but just sayin.

Maybe they're just playing arcade mode? Hard to believe that the physics in the game could be that scewed from the previous versions of Gran Turismo.

Just read a review of the game.
AI is still as dumb as a bag of rocks, B-Spec pointless, sound effects are just plain weird, you can still use opponents or guardrails to lean onto, rain isn't convincing, night is borderline unplayable, karting sucks. Track editor is very limited and online mode buggy.
Conclusion "It was the real driving simulator. It's not anymore."
What has polyphony been doing for the last 5 years???????
