I noticed the other day that I lost my Stealth McLaren F1 and Stealth Carl Edwards NASCAR when I updated the game. Not cool.

Also, the DLC with be able to be across multiple PSN accounts, they are planning on fixing the problem with an update in December. And also a x-mas gift if u get the whole combo pack DLC. (which whynot? its cheaper)
