He just means he bought a Playstation Network card, like iTunes etc. basically a prepaid card that way u dont need a CC to order DLC or other things from the PS Store

I'll add you. I just bough another 69 Z28. Full race spec. I tuned it like there's no tomorrow. 570HP. I'm still tweaking the transmission. I'm gonna do a couple laps at Circuito de Madrid.

The gear ratio still isn't great. A lot of power is being left on the table...

The race spec cars seem to be lacking honestly, no matter what the model. I have ran my 69 Camaro Race spec on Tsukuba a few times and Im at 54secand change for my best lap, so I definitely agree with you

So here is my aforementioned ZO6. I have a ton of cars but this is by far my favorite. Handles like it's on rails and fast as hell. 210 MPH down the Mulsanne Straight.
