After reinstalling all of the GT5 game data, yes, it did. Not sure what the glitch was in the first place but it drives me nuts when it takes 30+ min to load and install updates every time I want to play a game on the PS3.

By the time it installed everything yesterday, I'd spent over 2 hrs trying to resolve the problem and no longer had any time to play.

Usually when I have time to play, it's only for 30-60 min so to blow through most of that time with updates, it totally ruins the experience. Maybe I just need to play more often than the updates come out.

Anyway... Rant over.

You don't have to go as fast as you think. Take it slow (relatively) and slow down more than you probably have to for the tricky corners. I spun out and still managed to finish with a gold medal.

 

My unbiased opinion after playing Forza 4: It does nothing for me at all.
